Lauren Leppla CSCS

After earning a BS in Environmental Science  from New York University Lauren went to work for a leading residential real estate developer committed to environmental responsibility. After several years she realized that building  and managing premier properties was not as much fun as running and training. Determined to follow her passion for fitness Lauren transitioned to working  at TAP as an office manager, then led operations while also working as a Master Trainer before becoming a Partner.  

Michael Eaton CPT

Michael studied Physical Education in the Human Performance and Sports Science department at Winston-Salem State University. Following graduation, Michael started working at a non-profit that provided assistance for children and families in crisis. During his 8 years there, Michael realized he had a strong passion for helping others but missed the health and wellness side of things. After training to be a personal trainer and stretch therapist, he found that he could get the best of both worlds. Michael takes pride in giving those he works with the confidence to live a healthy and active lifestyle.  He firmly believes that proper movement is medicine.

Dr. EJ Zebro CCSP

EJ Zebro has been teaching the art of functional movement for over 25 years. He is a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and began studying Exercise Science at The University of Delaware where he also played varsity soccer. EJ honed his functional training skills as a strength and conditioning coach and developed a proprietary Train Away Pain fascial manipulation methodology that is the foundation for TAP's approach to increasing  performance while decreasing rates of injury and time to recovery.  

Noah Hendler APRN, MSN, MPS, FNP-C, FIEL

Noah is a Nurse Practitioner who worked on the front-lines in busy urban trauma centers and throughout post-acute settings.  He is a serial innovator and helped pioneer value-based episodic care models initiating some of the nation’s first bundled payment programs. His passion for improving care delivery led to co-founding the Society of Nurse Innovators Entrepreneurs and Leaders (SONSIEL) and create the first seal of approval  for healthcare products and services endoresed by nurses. Noah found his place at the bedside and beyond in health care after earning a comparative religion degree from Duke University and a Master's degree at NYU in Interactive Telecommunications. The death of a good friend motivated Noah to become a nurse and earn both his BSN and MSN degrees at Fairfield University. He loves caring for people of all ages and is licensed in Family Practice.

Nancy Wilson

After graduating from Tufts with a BS in Spanish and Psychology, Nancy lived in NYC  working in advertising and marketing for large firms.  When she set up her roots in CT more than two decades ago, her passion took her to the gym, where she became a personal trainer and manager of health clubs.  Two kids later she has contributed on other fronts volunteering time with many local Westport organizations including the Library, the PTA, AWARE, and the Remarkable Theater.  She is committed to fitness and excited to bring her energy, love of community and health to grow and support TAP’s membership.  

Dr. Sean Molloy  DC CSCS

Director Nutrition

Sean Molloy employs an integrated approach to healthcare emphasizing the role of nutrition in goals ranging from weight loss to strength development and injury prevention.  He graduated magna cum laude from University of Bridgeport, College of Chiropractic where he simultaneously earned his Masters of Science in Nutrition. Sean is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) who understands the importance of nutrition, healthy lifestyle and of returning to play as quickly and safely as possible. He was raised in Connecticut and practiced locally before moving to Baltimore to work with professional athletic teams. Sean is thrilled to extend his practice along with TAP’s reach and impact by offering services remotely via TAP’s membership platform.  

 

TAP into our local Strength Lab

 

While we offer select services remotely, our TAP Strength Lab location is where we conduct performance assessments and deliver services in person.

We remain open for in person appointments with COVID safe protocols that pre-screen and allow for waiting in your vehicle while we sanitize. When we are ready we notify you to come inside. We are restricting visitors, wearing masks, practicing social distancing and getting tested regularly.
